Pakistani Federal Ministry called at least 3,000 troops from the Frontier Constabulary to manage the upcoming march of the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) in the capital state.
A notification was issued following the approval of Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, said the Interior Ministry sources.
The jurisdiction of the Interior Ministry controls the FC.
The capital state will also be heavily guarded with the presence of Pakistan's Army 111 Brigade commandos, reports the Dawn.
The chief of Pakistan Awami Tehreek had announced that their march would move along with the PTI's Azadi march.
