'Charmed' actress Rose McGowan has got engaged to her boyfriend of one year
The 39-year-old actress' representative told E! News that she is to tie the knot to her boyfriend, artist Davey Detail.
McGowan, who was previously engaged to rock star Marilyn Manson, recently sparked speculation about her engagement, after she was spotted with a large diamond ring on her wedding finger.
