The Eagles files lawsuit for 'fake' concert footage

American rock band The Eagles have filed a lawsuit after it was revealed that fans were allegedly shown concert videos at venues in Long Island, New York and charged admission for the process.

The Band members Don Henley and Glenn Frey are suing William Shelley and has asked him to hand over his entire collection of unauthorized films, the New York Daily News reported.

The lawsuit has been filed at Brooklyn Federal Court.
