Tracy Morgan has revealed that he was still "fighting every day" to recover from the tragic car accident, which also took his friend life in June.
The 46-year-old comedian, whose limo van was hit by a Walmart truck, killing comedian James McNair, leaving 3 people, including him, injured, has still been taking help of his walking aid, the ABC News reported.
Morgan sustained a brain injury, a broken leg, nose and ribs, and was hospitalized for several weeks following the accident.
His lawyer, Benedict Morelli, had told the Associated Press last month that it was hard to calculate how long a person would take to recover from a traumatic brain injury, and the former '30 Rock' star was still fighting.
Morgan has sued Walmart, for recklessness and negligence, but the company has denied the allegations, claiming that it was Morgan's fault for not wearing a seatbelt, and the attorneys have denied the accusations of stalling the suit.
