20 Microns allots equity shares upon conversion of FCDs

The committee of directors of 20 Microns in the meeting held on 23 December 2013 has allotted 12,30,769 equity shares of the face value of Rs 5 each, at a price of Rs 32.50 per share to Pratik Minerals upon conversion of 4,00,000 0% unsecured fully convertible debentures of face value of Rs 100 each.
