Aarti Industries launches QIP issue

With floor price of Rs 899.77 per equity share

Aarti Industries approved the launch of a QIP issue on 24 June 2021. The fund raising committee of the Board of Directors of the company approved the floor price of Rs 899.77 per equity share. The company may at its discretion offer a discount of not more than 5% on the floor price for the QIP in accordance with the SEBI ICDR Regulations.
