Aarti Industries announced that the BSE and National Stock Exchange have issued their observation letters with No-objection remark to the proposed scheme of amalgamation between the Aarti Industries (AIL / Demerged Company) and Aarti Pharmalabs (Formerly Known as Aarti Organics) (APL/ Resulting Company) and their respective Shareholders.
