Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone to consider dividend

Adani Ports And Special Economic Zone will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 03 May 2018, to consider raising of funds by issue of Equity Shares / convertible Bonds through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) / GDR / ADR / FCCBs / FCEBs / Convertible Securities, to issue Secured / Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis, and to recommend final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2017-18.
