Advanta allots equity shares

Under ESOSP

Advanta announced that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 31 October 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the allotment of 12,285 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employee under 'Advanta India Employee Stock Option and Shares Plan-2006'.
