Alka India reports standalone net loss of Rs 4.51 crore in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 200.00% to Rs 0.18 crore

Net loss of Alka India reported to Rs 4.51 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against net profit of Rs 1.01 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 200.00% to Rs 0.18 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 0.06 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 1.54 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against net loss of Rs 1.59 crore during the previous year ended September 2014. Sales declined 3.75% to Rs 0.77 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 0.80 crore during the previous year ended September 2014.
