Amtek India allots equity shares

On conversion of FCCBs

Amtek India announced that Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held 02 July 2014 have allotted 325264 equity shares at Rs 103.005 per shares upon the conversion of FCCB's of US$ 0.60 million out of FCCB's issue of US$ 70 million.

The Committee further allotted 97537 equity shares at Rs 103.005 per share upon the conversion of FCCB's of US $ 0.20 million out of FCCB's issue of US $ 130 million.
