Anuh Pharma's Bipin Shah steps down as MD

Anuh Pharma announced that Bipin N. Shah, Managing Director, relinquished the position of Managing Director of the Company with effect from the closing of business hours of 7 January 2021 for the purpose of Board Restructuring. However, he has been appointed as Non-Executive Director and Vice Chairman of the Company w.e.f. 8 January 2021.
