Avenue Supermarts allots 9.53 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Avenue Supermarts has allotted 953,629 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 299/- per equity share to eligible employees pursuant to exercise of options under ESOP 2016.

Consequently, the paid up share capital of the company stands increased to Rs. 6,269,603,690 divided into 626,960,369 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each upon allotment.
