Axis Bank allots 13,775 equity shares under ESOP
Axis Bank has allotted 13775 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of
the Bank on 26 October 2020, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.
The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 612,03,22,168 (306,01,61,084 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 612,03,49,718 (306,01,74,859 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
