Axis Bank allots 2.35 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 2,35,570 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 1 March 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 612,56,52,806 (306,28,26,403 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 612,61,23,946 (306,30,61,973 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
