B A G Films & Media allots convertible warrants

On 16 July 2014

B A G Films & Media announced that the Investor Grievance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 16 July 2014 allotted 80,000,000 warrants convertible into equal number of equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to allottees at a price of Rs. 3.40/- per share (including a premium of Rs. 1.40 per share) against 25% upfront money received by the Company.
