Bharti Airtel International (Netherlands) commences cash tender offer for up to USD 300 mn of its Senior Notes
Bharti Airtel International (Netherlands) B.V., a subsidiary of Bharti Airtel,
today announced that it has commenced a tender offer to purchase for cash up to U.S.$300,000,000 of its 5.350% Guaranteed Senior Notes due 2024.
The tender offer commenced on 21 June 2022 and will expire at 11:59 p.m. (New York City time) on 19 July 2022
