Bharti Airtel has entered into an agreement with Euro Pacific Securities, an affiliate of Vodafone Group Plc for acquisition of ~4.7% equity in Indus Towers by the Company and/or Nettle Infrastructure Investments, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company in accordance with
the applicable regulations.
