Bihar Sponge Iron standalone net profit rises 37.95% in the March 2022 quarter

Sales rise 671.83% to Rs 60.82 crore

Net profit of Bihar Sponge Iron rose 37.95% to Rs 2.69 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 1.95 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021. Sales rose 671.83% to Rs 60.82 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 7.88 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021.

For the full year,net profit rose 108.84% to Rs 8.27 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 3.96 crore during the previous year ended March 2021. Sales rose 291.13% to Rs 86.40 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 22.09 crore during the previous year ended March 2021.
