Blue Cloud Softech Solutions allots 1.79 cr equity shares on conversion of warrants
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions has allotted 1.79 crore equity shares of Rs 2 each on conversion of warrants on 29 December 2021.
Upon allotment of these shares, the paid up equity share capital of the company has increased to Rs 11,04,01,600 comprising of 5,52,00,800 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each.
