Board of ABB India approves change in MD

At meeting held on 11 December 2015

ABB India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 December 2015, has appointed Sanjeev Sharma, as the Managing Director of the Company, effective 01 January 2016, as a replacement for Bazmi R. Husain, whose resignation was notified to Stock Exchanges on 02 September 2015.

Sanjeev is currently Global Managing Director for the Low Voltage Systems business unit.
