Board of GEE appoints company secretary cum compliance officer

At meeting held on 11 December 2015

GEE announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 December 2015, has appointed Omkar Chandrakant Mhamunkar, Associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India as Company Secretary w.e.f. 01 December 2015.

Further, Omkar Chandrakant Mhamunkar has been designated as the Compliance Officer as per the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
