Board of Ador Fontech approves bonus issue in ratio of 1:1

At meeting held on 01 August 2019

Ador Fontech announced that the Board at their meeting held on 01 August 2019 inter alia, approved the following :

- Issue of Bonus Shares

Issue of Bonus Shares in the proportion 1:1 i.e., one bonus equity share of the nominal value of Rs.2/- each for every one equity share of the nominal value of Rs. 2/- each held by the Members.
