Board of Allahabad Bank approves raising of equity capital up to Rs 2153 cr

At meeting held on 24 January 2020

The Board of Allahabad Bank at its meeting held on 24 January 2020 has approved the raising of equity capital of the bank by an amount aggregating up to Rs 2153 crore through preferential issue of equity shares to the Govt. of India against their capital infusion of Rs 2153 crore in the Bank.
