Board of Archana Software approves resignation of director

At meeting held on 15 June 2015

Archana Software announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 June 2015, has accepted the resignation letter of V. Ramani. The Board has relieved V. Ramani from the Directorship with effect from 08 June 2015 and acknowledged his valuable services & support during his tenure.
