The Board of Arvind Fashions will meet on 03 February 2021 to consider the proposal of raising of funds by the Company including through Rights Issue, preferential issue or other permissible mode as the Board of Directors may determine to be in the best interest of the Company, subject to requisite approvals from the statutory, regulatory and other authorities, as applicable and other matters connected therewith.
