Board of Automotive Stampings & Assemblies approves sale of land at Halol

At meeting held on 31 January 2021

The Board of Automotive Stampings & Assemblies at its meeting held on 31 January 2021 has approved the sale/ disposal/ transfer of land along with building located at survey no 173, Village: Khakharia, Taluka: Savali near GIDC, Halol - 389350, Gujarat subject to necessary approvals from concerned authorities and approved the proposal for entering into Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the highest bidder w.r.t. aforesaid transaction.
