Board of Balasore Alloys approves appointment of directors

At meeting held on 07 November 2014

Balasore Alloys announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 November 2014, inter alia, have considered and approved unanimously the following resolutions:-

1. Appointment of Ansuman Kumar Bhanja, as an Additional cum Wholetime Director designated as Director - Operations of the Company with effect from 07 November 2014.

2. Appointment of Krishna Chandra Raut, as a Nominee Director of State Bank of India on the Board of the Company with effect from 07 November 2014.
