Vinayak Polycon International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 November 2014, inter alia, has transacted following business:

1. Authorization given to open Demat account of the Company.

2. Authorized Vikram Baid to enter into an agreement with NSDL and RTA to enable e voting facility with NSDL also.
