Board of Birdhi Chand Pannalal Agencies approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 14 February 2015

Birdhi Chand Pannalal Agencies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 February 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following;

1. The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Naveen Jangid as an Additional Director w.e.f. 14 February 2015.

2. The Board of Directors has approved the resignation of Satyabhama Bubna and Mrs. Chandana from the directorship of the Company w.e.f. 14 February 2015.
