At meeting held on 07 February 2018

Bullish Bonds & Holdings announced that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 07 February 2018, on the recommendations of audit committee, have subject to approval of shareholders and stock exchange where the shares of the company are listed and other relevant authorities, inter alia, have decided as under:

- To delist the Shares from Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited.
