Board of Dalmia Bharat does not recommend dividend

At meeting held on 18 May 2016

Dalmia Bharat announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 May 2016, inter alia, has not declared any final dividend for the Financial Year 2015-16. The interim dividend of Rs 2/- per equity share declared by Company in March 2016 shall be treated as the final dividend for the financial year ended on 31-3-2016.
