Board of Dwarikesh Sugar Industries approves extension of financial year

Dwarikesh Sugar Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2014, approved the extension of financial year by 6 months to end on 31 March 2015 and every year thereafter from April to March.
