Board of Eins Edutech approves change in company secretary and complaince officer

At meeting held on 07 January 2016

Eins Edutech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 January 2016, has transacted the following matters:

1. Accepted the resignation of Shweta Agrawal as Company Secretary of the Company.

2. Appointed Arunangshu Bhattacharjee as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company in Place of Shweta Agrawal.
