Board of GAIL (India) to consider fund raising through issue of taxable bonds

At meeting scheduled on 16 January 2020

The Board of GAIL (India) will meet on 16 January 2020 to consider fund raising by way of borrowing of INR debt through secured / unsecured, redeemable, taxable Non-Convertible Bond(s) in one or more tranches from time to time on private placement basis within the limits as approved by the Board including delegation for approval of allotment of Bonds to the Allotment Committee.
