Board of Gayatri Projects decides to raise up to Rs 1000 crore through issue of securities

At meeting held on 06 December 2017

The Board of Gayatri Projects has decided to raise funds up to Rs 1000 crore, by way of issue of securities. The Board cancelled the dividend which was recommended by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 29 May 2017 due to non approval from the lenders as per the Master Restructuring Agreement.
