Gokaldas Exports announced that :- P. Ramababu has been appointed as a Addition Director of the Company w.e.f. 25 May 2015. P. Ramababu will be "Vice Chairman & Managing Director" on the Board.
- Gautam Chakravarti has resigned as a Whole Time Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective the closing hours of 25 May 2015.
