Gyscoal Alloys announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2015, inter alia, has taken on record the following decisions:1. Appointment of Shrima Dave as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 01 August 2015.
2. Resignation of Nidhi Bhatt as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 31 July 2015 due to personal reasons. 3. M/S. A G Shah & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary has been appointed as the Scrutinizer to scrutinize the e-Voting process in fair and transparent manner.
