Board of Hinduja Foundries appoints directors

At meeting held on 03 November 2015

Hinduja Foundries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 November 2015, have resolved to appoint the following as Additional Directors of the Company.

1. Bhumika Batra

2. Dr. C. Bhaktavatsala Rao - As Non Executive Vice-Chairman

Based on the declarations they have been appointed as Independent Directors of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting.
