Board of ICICI Bank approves proposal for domestic fund raising

ICICI Bank announced that the Committee of Executive Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on 06 February 2018 has approved the proposal for domestic fund raising by way of issuance of senior unsecured long term bonds/ Basel III compliant unsecured subordinated perpetual Additional Tier 1 bonds in single/multiple tranches on private placement basis.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
