Board of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. recommends interim dividend

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 5 March 2021, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 4 per equity Share (i.e. 40%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
