Infomedia Press announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 July 2015, has appointed Gagan Kumar, Non-Executive Independent Director, as its Chairman in place of Manoj Mohanka who had expressed his unwillingness to continue as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
