Board of Ipca Laboratories allots 1.53 lakh equity shares under ESOS

At meeting held on 29 May 2018

The Board of Ipca Laboratories at its meeting held on 29 May 2018 has allotted 1,53,000 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs.2/- each of the Company at Rs 300 per equity share upon exercise of options by allottees to whom options were granted on 25 April, 2017 under Ipca Laboratories Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme 2014 (ESOS).

With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company is now increased to Rs.25,27,04,218/- divided into 12,63,52,109 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
