Board of ITC appoints directors

At meeting held on 11 August 2021

The Board of ITC at its meeting held on 11 August 2021 has appointed Messrs. Navneet Doda and Sunil Panray as Additional Non-Executive Directors of the Company with effect from the said date, representing General Insurers' (Public Sector) Association of India and Tobacco Manufacturers (India) (a subsidiary of British American Tobacco p.l.c.), respectively.
