Board of Brightcom Group allots 38.25 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants
The Board of Brightcom Group has approved the allotment of 38,25,000 equity shares of Rs.2/- each of the Company, fully paid-up, pursuant to the conversion of preferential warrants into equity, to the non-Promoter allottee.
With this allotment, 32,56,55,000 warrants have now been converted into equity shares.
