The Board of JK Tyre & Industries at its meeting held on 21 October 2020 has approved the appointment of Anshuman Singhania, Dy. Managing Director (DIN: 02356566) as Managing Director of the Company for a term of five years effective 21 October 2020, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.
