Board of Karur Vysya Bank appoint director

At meeting held on 26 May 2022

The Board of Karur Vysya Bank at its meeting held on 26 May 2022 has co-opted Meena Hemchandra as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) of the Bank.

Further, the Board recommended her candidature for the position of Non-executive Independent apart-time) Chairperson of the Bank which shall be subject to previous approval of the Reserve Bank of India.
