At meeting held on 05 December 2015

Kesar Petroproducts announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 December 2015, inter alia, considered and approved the following:

1. Accepted the resignation of R. V. Srinivasan as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 05 December 2015

2. Appointment of Manali More as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 05 December 2015.
