The Board of Kuantum Papers at its meeting held on 06 October 2018 has approved raising of funds by way of issue of Secured Optionally Convertible Debentures through QIP upto an amount of Rs. 100 crore.The request from Combine Overseas ('COL'), a promoter of the Company, holding 799250 Equity Shares (9.16%) to reclassify COL from the category of 'Promoter & Promoter Group' to 'Public' category of shareholders has been approved by the Board, subject to the approval of shareholders, stock exchange and other regulatory authorities.
