Board of Manappuram Finance approves NCD issuance aggregating Rs 350 cr

At meeting held on 23 September 2020

The Board of Manappuram Finance at its meeting held on 23 September 2020 approved the issuance of Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs.10 lakh each for and amount of Rs.10 crore with an option to retain over subscription upto Rs 340 crore aggregating to Rs.350 crore on private placement route.
